Day 1

Arrival at NJP – Transfer to Gangtok (120 km / 4-5 hrs)

• Pickup from NJP: Upon arrival at NJP railway station, you will be met by a representative and transferred to Gangtok.

• Scenic Drive to Gangtok: Enjoy the beautiful views of the Teesta River and lush green hills en route.

• Check-in at Hotel: After arrival in Gangtok, check in at your hotel and relax.

• Evening Leisure: Explore MG Road, the main hub of Gangtok, for shopping and dining.

• Overnight: Stay in Gangtok.

Day 2

Gangtok Full-Day Sightseeing

• After breakfast, embark on an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft), a high-altitude glacial lake around 40 km from Gangtok.

• Visit the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a shrine dedicated to an Indian army soldier.

• Return to Gangtok: Relax in the evening or explore local markets.

• Overnight: Stay in Gangtok.

• Optional: Visit Nathula Pass (Indo-China border) if permits are arranged (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).

Day 3

Gangtok to Darjeeling (100 km / 3-4 hrs)

• After breakfast, check out and drive to Darjeeling.

• The journey offers spectacular views of the Himalayas and tea plantations.

• Check-in at Hotel: Upon arrival in Darjeeling, check in to your hotel. Evening Leisure: Take a stroll along Mall Road and visit Chowrasta, the heart of Darjeeling's shopping and dining area.

• Overnight: Stay in Darjeeling.

Day 4

Darjeeling Full-Day Sightseeing

• Start early (around 4 AM) to visit Tiger Hill for a breathtaking sunrise over the Kangchenjunga mountain range.

• On your way back, stop at the Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop, a scenic railway loop with a war memorial.

• Visit the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, home to rare species like the Red Panda.

• Explore the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute to learn about mountaineering history.

• Take a tea estate tour to experience the worldrenowned Darjeeling Tea.

• Visit the serene Japanese Peace Pagoda for panoramic views of Darjeeling.

• Overnight: Stay in Darjeeling

Day 5

Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport (70 km / 3 hrs)

• Departure: After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport for your flight back home.
